Tommy Lexen is a global creative and innovation leader working at the intersection of entertainment, culture and experience. Over 20+ years, he’s delivered world-scale projects - from World Expos and cultural destinations to entertainment platforms - helping organisations cut through noise, make braver decisions, and build work that lasts.

Former Managing Director and Chief Creative Strategist at Immersive International, he also co-founded the purpose-driven entertainment platform ROARR and was Project Director for the UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, which welcomed over 1 million visitors.

Tommy speaks internationally on honest innovation, future audiences, and directing ambition with intent. He has served as Senior Creative Advisor to the UN Science-Policy-Business Forum and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
