Melanie is an Associate at Okana leading Strategy and Intelligence, specialising in BIM, ISO 19650, Digital Twins and the golden thread. She delivers digital strategies across UK and international projects and is a regional lead for Women in BIM. She contributes to industry groups including the Building Safety Alliance, BIM4Water and Edinburgh Napier University’s industry advisory board. Melanie won Digital Construction Champion of the Year 2025 and holds a PhD on BIM capability development
