Julian Phillips is an author, speaker, and futurist exploring how AI and data are reshaping work, power, and human experience. He is the co-author of LevAIthan: A Brief History of Humanity and AI, a book examining humanity’s evolving relationship with artificial intelligence and what it means for institutions, workplaces, and culture in an age of uncertainty.

XTG is a global, award-winning leader in experience technology, delivering complex environments for enterprises, governments, and cultural institutions around the world. Under Julian’s leadership, XTG focuses on transforming static spaces into adaptive, data-informed experiences that evolve with people and organizations.
