Hadeel Saadoon is a Fellow of CIAT & CMI and is the Digital Construction Technical Lead for Connected Places Catapult, specialising in Building Information Management, Digital Twins, SMART Estates and technology‑enabled transformation across public sector portfolios. With deep expertise in ISO 19650, digital delivery and data‑driven sustainability, she supports CPC’s mission to accelerate smarter, digitally-enabled, greener places and supports the export of UK capabilities globally. She gained extensive experience in the UK and globally working in the construction industry, consultancy, and FM and through active participation in multiple industry groups including CIAT, Women in BIM, BIM4Estates and Nima. Her PhD research in Sustainability and Technology strengthens this work by exploring how Digital Twins and Behavioural Change drive decarbonisation across the built environment.
